Project enquiries
When you send a project request, Hangnox receives the name, contact details, project description, and optional preferences you provide. We use them to review your enquiry, respond, and manage the project conversation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to promotional email.
Website measurement
We record page views, form starts, and clicks on email links to understand how the site is used. A random session identifier and campaign source, medium, and name may be stored with these events. We do not store full browsing URLs, IP addresses, or your form contents in these measurement events. Campaign attribution may be attached to your enquiry.
Our own website measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also disable it using Privacy choices below. Essential project submission still works when measurement is disabled.
Optional advertising measurement
If Google advertising or analytics measurement is connected, it loads only after you choose to allow optional measurement. It can use cookies or similar technology according to Google's own policies. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices. Email clicks measure a click, not a completed conversation or sale.
Storage and access
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Project requests are stored in the site's database. The private Studio inbox is limited to the authorized owner through ChatGPT sign-in. Where email notifications are connected, an email provider processes a notification containing a request reference and a link to the private inbox; visitor contact details stay in the inbox.
External services
Your email app, Google Fonts, and other linked services operate under their own privacy policies. Following an external contact link is your choice.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiry information for responding to and managing the business conversation and any resulting project. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact sales@hangnox.com. Please identify the enquiry so we can locate it.
