Hangnox provides doorstep dry-cleaning and laundry coordination in participating Orange County communities. This policy explains the information we handle when you use the Hangnox website or mobile app, schedule a pickup, review an order ticket, or contact us.

Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details: your name, mobile number, service ZIP code, street address, unit number, and door instructions.
• Order information: selected service, pickup window, garment and stain notes, itemized ticket, order status, and delivery confirmation.
• Technical information: limited device, browser, security, and request information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Support information: messages and details you choose to provide when requesting help.

How we use information

We use information to confirm service availability, schedule pickups, coordinate drivers and the partner cleaning plant, prepare itemized tickets, communicate order progress, provide support, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Service providers and sharing

We share only the information reasonably needed with the partner cleaning plant, assigned pickup and delivery personnel, payment providers when payment is enabled, hosting and security providers, and address-search services used to suggest a valid service address. These parties process information for the services they provide to Hangnox. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, the public, or our service.

Payments

Payment information, when collected, is handled by the payment provider. Hangnox does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Storage, security, and retention

The app may store limited order state and language preferences on your device. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information stored by the service. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. California residents may also request information about applicable collection and disclosure practices. Start a request through the Hangnox support page and include the relevant HX order number so we can verify the request.

Children

Hangnox is intended for adults arranging household garment-care services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
